Samsung has added a new smartphone to the Galaxy family, in the form of the Galaxy S III Mini.
Powered by Android 4.1 (Jelly Bean), the new smartphone packs in a 4-inch display, 1GHz dual-core processor and 5-megapixel camera with HD video recording. It also includes NFC for wireless sharing of content, along with a 1,500mAh battery to keep you going all day.
The Galaxy S III Mini continues the nature-inspired design and intuitive ease-of-use of its bigger brother, the Galaxy S III, complete with carefully selected wallpapers and ringtones, but has been designed as a more pocketable solution.
With the use of the very latest build of Android OS, the smartphone offers faster and more fluid graphics along with the new addition of Google Now. It also includes features from the Galaxy S III, including Smart Stay (keeping the phone display on for as long as you are looking at it), Direct Call (call a person by simply lifting the phone to your ear) and Smart Alert (be alerted to missed calls or messages as soon as the phone is picked up).
The phone can also share photos with friends tagged in images using the Buddy Photo Share function.
